This is very exciting. I am currently working on setting up my 3020 CNC Router to do 3D printing though LinuxCNC. There are similar GUI’s out there for this, but only a few people have done it. I am currently printing with a stand alone extruder controller, but want to integrate into LinuxCNC as you did.

Great work 🙂 Have you got a estimated time and cost of when the new boards will be? In you new software your developing, I noticed you can see the heating temperatures in the mach3 user interface… Have you developed the new software as to not print until the temperatures are at the correct temperatures?

Hi Ryan,
I have two boards already finished design phase. One is ModBus with mach3 connection. The other is new one channel PID controller with seven segment display. Because of marketing issues I have to choose one first for production. From the previous experiences standalone boards have more interest so the new mass production may be on seven segment board.
